    Arbitrage or mediation between different networks in many formats has been around for years and will be for many more. I mean direct mediation/brokerage, not arbitrage where you build a specific website or landing page and monetize it with more advertisement.

    However, I have never heard of anyone doing the same for native ads. Is this strictly prohibited or just a technical challenge not many have resolved yet?
