Broken phpbb needs fix and upgrade

    I have a phpbb forum running with smartor album

    the phpbb version is pretty old (i don't remember the version)

    It was running on IIS and all was working fine

    recently, due to problems, i had to change my host an moved it to a new server running WAMP,

    The forum is still running fine but the album is totally broken

    I need someone that can fix that and, hopefully, upgrade to a newer version

    Old server was running php4 new php5

    Limited budget :(
