Are you absolutely sure the sitemap has broken links? While A1SG does not include error URLs in sitemaps, you may still want to read the article about fixing broken links.

However, another possibility is that Google Webmaster Tools reports 404 errors caused by other websites.

If you don't feel any of above fits your problem, perhaps you could lets us know about the address of your XML sitemaps and what links are reported as broken? You can always fix the errors manually if you prefer? (If you don't want to use a sitemap generator program)

If it is a real broken link, just fix it. But you do have to check out what is causing it. I had an error in my logic that dropped the extension on my links. Easy to fix but it casued ~9,000 broken links.

    Hello Friends,

I am doing SEO of many websites in my company, I analyze my website, if ever I use this tool websiteoptimization.com
I find it shows lots of broken links, I do not have much of coding knowledge, how to fix these. Do this require HTML knowledge, or it is core development issue.

you could check this sitemaps answers regarding fixing internal links and redirects. Basicly you will need to scan your website to see where all URLs with error codes (e.g. 404) are linked/redirected from.
