Broken html links after shifting website to .php

    I recently shifted my page to .php from .html.

    Now i have some pages indexed in google with .html extension and some with .php.

    I submited a new sitemap to google webmasters tools.

    What will happen to the indexed .html pages from my website when none any longer links to them?

    You need to make sure you do a 301 redirect from the old urls to the new ones.
