    How can I broadcast a live concert on the web ?
    And how can I broadcast a video pretending that it is a live concert? (if the video starts 12 o`clock and someone come to the page 1210, they should not see the video from the beginning, but from 10 minutes in the video)

    I can answer part one...
    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    "Ustream.tv lets you broadcast any live event over the web using nothing more than a webcam.
    You could use this free service to broadcast your band's concert, your high school's football game, your company's training session or just about anything else..."
    FYI: Please give a review if you use it (I haven't used it yet)
    Use a Webcam.
    Use Webcasting service
    You can also do it yourself with Windows Media Encoder.
    Do you know if it has a tough 'learning curve', or is Windows Media Encoder easy to use?
    Free (with windows?) or licensed?
    I would need a server also with a lot of bandwith right ? I cannot broadcast it from home with only 512 outgoing.
