Hello Everybody! If I enter the following keywords into the same ad group: new books "new books" [new books] and a user searches for 'new books'. Which of these three will get an impression? Will there be a different result if I were to enter these keywords into tree different ad groups? Thank you for your help!
Certainly, it should be Exact Match (as most of my campaigns use all three match types, and I always get traffic on exact match). On the other hand, if you have phrase and broad match on a single word term, they are equivalent, and the traffic seems to be assigned randomly (unless somebody has seen a pattern?)
1.If you have different price bids, that one, whose bid is higher. 2. If you have the same bids, should be Exact
According to: http://adwords.google.com/support/bin/answer.py?answer=40909 If you have the same keyword with different match types in a single ad group, the most restrictive match type that can trigger the ad on a given search query will be attributed the statistic.
