With broad matching I know that Google gets plurals. Does it get all variations of a given word?

For instance if I broad match on this phrase

    red stop

I know that this will be show a match

    red stops

    Will this?

    red stoplight

    ???

I don't know for sure but if I had to guess I would say no, bidding on red stop would not trigger your ad for the term red stoplight. I just tried some similiar search variations on some broad matched keywords in my campaign and my ad was not displayed.

Cool. That's kind of what I thought but I hadn't seen anything explicit about this in the help text. I think we'll include the "stoplight" type words just to be on the safe side.

I've tinkered with it a few more times over the past couple hours and have seen the same results. I think our theory is correct.
