Hi there, My adwords campaign went live over 24 hours ago. My exact match keyphrases are triggering my ads but my broad match keyphrases are not. Here are some examples... (have slightly altered keyphrases here so they are not the exact ones that I am using) I have pleasant valley spa as a broad match. If I search for the term pleasant valley spa my ad appears at no. 1. But if I search for the term pleasant valley spa cottage or any other word added to the term pleasant valley spa my ad is nowhere to be seen. None of my broad match keyphrases have received any impressions except for the one pleasant valley accommodation Another example... I have the keyphrase pleasant valley holidays as a broad match. If I type this in, I can't see my ad anywhere. I also have the keyphrase pleasant valley getaway as a broad match. If I type this in, my ad is no. 1 but if I add another word to this phrase, my ad is nowhere to be seen. I have a comprehensive list of negative keyphrases to try and target my broad matches. My daily budget is way above the suggested budget recommended by Google. It is currently set at $100 per day and we are only currently spending less than $10 per day. Why are my broad match keyphrases not triggering ads? They are all currently active. Can anybody explain why they are not working? Thanks, Emily
I noticed that todays adwords stats are stuck, they are showing the same amount of impresions they did in the morning. Maybe that's happening to you?
No, they have been changing throughout the day. Increased number of impressions for my exact match keyphrases, just no impressions for the broad match ones.
I'm not quite sure what this means.. Are you saying that I should ditch the broad match altogether and just go with exact match variations of what I think people are searching for?
