Britney Spears and Kevin Federline had their lawyers back in court this week as they continue to battle over custody of the couple's two young children, Jayden James and Sean Preston. Federline's lawyer, Mark Kaplan and Spears' attorney, Sorrell Trope were both back in court in Los Angeles but neither attorney wanted to give details of the impromptu court appearance. This is just another chapter in the long list of Britney disasters that have dogged the former pop princess. Just this week she was charged with hit and run and driving without a license from an accident in August that was caught on tape.
