BritePic, new kind of revenue source for pic sites

Received an email from AdBrite that they just launched a new product called britepic.

I think it's a useful and interesting tool that can add interactivity to your pictures. Zoom, share, logo watermark, and more. If you want to, you can also add advertising to your pictures to make money with adbrite.

Those pic sites should have a try on it, I think.

 

Very awesome. I like that idea a lot. I sent it to a friend of mine that runs a funny cat picture website. Places like that could use that to make bank.

 

I saw it a few days ago, it is a really interesting new revenue source. Though since I have no picture sites at all, no way to try it >_<

But yeah, I really love that idea. And their features are cool too.

Oh and the Brite Video thing is really good too, hmm BriteFlic or something.

Is it ok to run adsense ads along side BritePic though?

 

I think adsense's TOS say that you can't have other ads like theirs (my mind went blank on the term) but other ads such as the photo thing should be ok.

and how will these images show up i places such as google images?

So far I got 16512 total hits and not a single click yet.

 

I don't think they do show up in google images etc.

It basically gets replaced with some flash stuff.

 

this looks looks great. although, i dont know how many people look at pictures hoping for ads. i guess its useful still, but i dont like how they put powered by britepic twice, menu and top bar.

Looks like five cents a click from BritePic ads.

 

Probably the best way to make money is to integrate with Image Attachments in Forums, anyone know how to do this?
