first check out is your site is indexed by Google or not, if not then try to indexed it and make submission for your site, i.e. article submission , Dir submission i.e off-page work. join social networking sites and promote your site.....

Submitting your site to search engines is unnecessary. Just build a lot of backlinks and it'll get indexed quickly. Try blog commenting for starters and do some article marketing for permanent backlinks.

Try social networks etc. I think you should lower the price for the first batch of full pixels. Make it at least a tenth of the price, if your visitor levels are so low. You will more than likely attract advertisers. I don't think it will work well SEO wise.
