Hey fellow marketers! So i have finally decided to bring my ecigarette store back to life! It has been inactive for about a year and i haven't really paid much attention to it BUT I finally have the time and money to make it alive again! Very excited but wanna make sure i do it right since there is so much competition now. The goal is to make is a top selling brand here in Canada within the next five years or so. So the reason im posting here is to get some great advice/feedback on making in successful. Im looking for all types of feeback. If you really want to be successful, you obviously need to find people who are looking to quit smoking, or at least are looking for a healthier alternative. Try and find forums dedicated to that. If you can't find a forum, at least find chatrooms. Get your brand out there, and let people know who your are and what you do. I have several friends who use e-cigarettes. I know how into all the flavors they get. Use the variety of flavors you offer as a big selling point.
I tried ecigarettes for a long time, then I got again my preferred cigarettes. For a time I was smoking ecigarettes at home and cigarettes outside. Great thing about ecigarettes is that they smell good.
@Bryan Ebert thanks for the advice and i couldn't agree more. i wanted to focus more towards Social Media but you bring up a great point of finds chat rooms where people are more active. I also wanted to consider email marketing but i can seem to find someone who would share their email list which makes sense, email lists are precious. @Jake The Competition Man ecigarettes smell a million times better, i personally hate the smell of cigarettes
I use VistaVapors.com - They have reasonable prices. 1: Try to find you a dot.com that could become popular. (once you become popular; people advertise for you...) 2: Dont expect people to order e-juice in lots of 10.... i would never do that myself; some people may like to test try, they do not want to be stuck with something that they may not like and end up giving it away.... 3: Vista Vapors site is also well developed, and it reflects in their quality website design, and they ship out fast; If i order today, I would have in my box within the next 3-4 days; So when I get down to 3/4 bottle, and my order will arrive before I run dry... I am an e-smoker. I quit smoking over a year ago.
Ecigs would be best promoted on health sites or fan pages. Or make a website with article about preventing unhealthy living then post your products there. If you have the power to convince people or get there attention this product would be very profitable.
Competition does not matter if are determined and confident. Try to promote your business on various platform. E cigarettes are best selling product now a days.
