Bring my CTR up to 2.5% and i'll pay you!!

    Hi,
    I have about 3,000 adsense impressions, but only about 1% CTR. If you can place the ads to give me a high CTR, I will pay a pre-arange ammount.

    Looking for professional not someone who 'might' be able to raise it.
