    Ok - sounds rash

but i have noticed some important changes of late.

the fact that a bumping has gone from the bst means that services are getting buried really fast - "like i give a toss" - i hear you say

well you should, because of this, legit sellers are turning rogue. when their thread gets buried, the pm's stop coming in and the money stops flowing.

so what do they do? they cant post duplicate posts. so they get a proxy and make a new account, spam the forums with "me too" posts so that they can post a sales thread in the bst

take a look for yourself, the bst is swamped with new sellers, - this is going to have a massive knock on effect. since these new accounts have no itraders, the users are less inclined to provide a good service - which means more forum members will get screwed.

i am sure mods must have noticed the increase in spam accounts. surely it is easier to mod bumps rather than thousands of accounts aimed at 1 thing.

there is that much competition in the bst that old school bumps get reported faster than spam - (by competitors)

does anyone else have a view on this?

im almost tempted make a few accounts up myself and get some extra sales, everybody else seems to be doing it :D

Please don't start new threads for things already discussed. This is not a new change. Leave your feedback in the older threads if you have something new to add to the discussion.
