Brilliant Teen Site/Forum for Sale.

Hello all,

Got a very nice offer for you. www.SurfaceRipple.com <Website and PR4, 2-3 year old domain name domain name> and www.SurfaceRipple.co.uk (forwarded domain - but using it to demonstrate the old site).

I am selling all of this to anyone who can place a reasonable offer.
Why am I selling this website? - Because luck has failed me .. I put alot of effort into this site but it seems I am getting nowhere with it so would prefer it went to a better webmaster than I abandon it all together.

What am I selling?

The old website:
- PhpBB 2.0.18 forum with over 150 modifications including RPG (over 100 zones, 1500 monsters, over 20 characters), ctracker security, cash mod, categories hierarchy, myspace profile mod, arcade mod (with 30 games) unique template and lots more (pm me for more details). + Old Database.


The new website
- vBulletin 3.6.5 (*new license will need to be purchased if used* - see vbulletin.com) with premium style which has been modified with logo, graphics and flash animation and various modifications (see www.surfaceripple.com) + New Database

Various directory inclusions

In a bid to increase popularity of the site 2 years ago the site was submitted to various directories and has solid inclusion in a good few including dmoz which helps generate it's PR of 4.

Unfortunately hits have gone down in past few months to an average of 400 hpm but this is due to recent inactivity. Anyone thinking of buying this site and content should think of it as an investment as it already has a place in the ever popular teen genre it just needs a bit of advertisement to boost it's popularity. You could even make another totally different teen website using the old phpbb system.

Valued at $1-2k but best offers are welcomed. No set bin price.

Both designs (old and new) were originally based on others design (new one based on a premium style $30 which you will gain rights to) but both were reworked. This included new header logos and flash animations.

OK according to my cpanel new surfaceripple weighs in at 271.39mb (which could be condensed as there are a few unused files) and the database according to phpmyadmin 40.2mb and the old version 182 mb and 61mb database (due to the large amount of modifications)*

I am currently running the site on a shared server along with 3 other medium traffic sites so there should be no problems with most servers.

No problem. I was interested in it because I already own a tween forum so it would have been a nice addition. $800 is out of my range though without a license transfer. Good luck with it. It looks like a good site.

Wait! If you had an offer at $800.00 did the sale fall through ? I now notice that the bin is at $600.00. I might be interested but want to ask a few questions. Can I see traffic stats. Screen shot and where is most of the traffic coming from ? Also how much have you made with the web site since you started ?

The original $800 offer did fall through. Please pm me your email or msn ady so I can send you the traffic stats from analytics. Truthfully I have only made $200 from this site in revenue but I am mostly selling it on the basis of it's content, traffic and placement.
