Google has since fixed the problem, but you have to admit the guy was brilliant. Bad reviews are easier to get than good ones, so he made sure his customers hated him...threats and all. This is where the big money is to be made. If you can figure out how to rank high on Google Maps & Places you can make some serious money right now, especially since the recent Google serp change
