Bridge Page Block?

I'm not sure how to respond to this Bridge Page block via Adwords.

I haven't advertised in years, but just started again because they gave me a free $100 to start back up again.

The page clearly meets the Google requirements for added functionality:
It's a comparison page, and even ranks on the first page for numerous searches on Google ("compare ____" "___ Comparison"). While the page does have affiliate links, it also has links to non-affiliated service providers, too. In other words, about 60% of my traffic goes to non-paying referrals.

What's the best way to handle this?

    TIA.

Don't use adwords if you want to maintain that 60/40 split. AdCenter does not have such strict restrictions.

You are trying to use your own definition of added functionality, but Adwords has its own definition and they are not going to allow you to advertise a page where 40% of the outbound links are affiliate. That is way to high. You could try to mask the links with JavaScript, but I doubt that is worth the effort in the long run.
