Google requires the "Webmaster" to be responsible for the content on the website. So simply put--yes it is a violation.

I would say with most forums it is usally something temporary and the moderator has just not gotten around to removing the "bad" stuff but this forum is obvioulsy geared torward that subject matter.

They have over 62 pages of content for that type of violation, so I guess Google has yet to find its violations?

We've received your email alerting us to a potential policy violation on a
site displaying Google ads. Although we're unable to respond to individual
reports, we have forwarded your email to our team of specialists for
    further investigation.

We appreciate your help in maintaining the quality of the AdSense program.

    Sincerely,

    The Google AdSense Team

Has anyone informed the webmaster on this? Sometimes that is the fastest way to get the ads removed. This webmaster may have ads on 30 or 40 sites and does not want to risk a banning for this one site. Then again he may not care but at least you used every avenue to fix things.

seriously... what do any of you gain from snitching to google? Cyber-Pride ?

Oh and also, no its not against the TOS as we don't actually store them files on our server, just list a directory to sites with them on.

Site is up and running with adsense.
So your little campaign to shut them down is not working.

Why is it, someone thinks there is a violation, and at once....
THE BAN THIS SITE crowd jumps in?

Let google be the judge, not us, not you, not anyone else.

Thank you, I dont understand who you all are... the internet POLICE? Kinda seems like you all have to much time and obviously are searching for this to find it. Try doing something else other than snitchin on websites... that is pretty lame kids.

And by the way ForgottenCreature..... dont rat your self out... Im sure GodFather wouldn't like this post here.... and your working for him... so shouldn't you be responsible for checkin the content before trying to get bots to find it?

    Right!!! I agree.
let google be the judge, but as a concerned advertiser, I feel I should report every site involves in violation of TOS which comes to my knowledge.

And whoever has read Adsense TOS would know that "Adult/Porn" Content is a big no no with adsense.

    You know what's Lame??
Putting adult matterial along with Adsense is lame IMHO.
Not reading TOS is lame, Not following TOS is lame and getting banned from adsense is lame.

BTW I am not seeing any Adsense there instead there are ads from clicksor, some cpxinteractive. and few other companies.
Few days ago when I visted that forum I found 403 where they had adsense.
so most likely they are banned from adsense.
So google judged it, and they judged it well. Thumbs up for google.

No my friend... its not your job to report every site... that is snitching.

Yes Yes... of course how lame to put porn and a search bot with each other... how god damn lame... you fucking imbesile.
Actually the average person DOESNT read TOS... just a few select geeks like yourself that have problems worrying. But you know whats the lamest thing of all ? Going on a forum dedicated to advertising bots... and being a regular user... now that IS FUCKING LAME.
And don't come back at me saying its "lame" for me to come on this site firing at you... because im just supporting my forum.

Now get off your PC, go out and get a fucking life instead of riding googles cyber advertising cock.
