How this site auto refresh ads? Is this allows in Google adsense

scribd.com premium publisher had rights to do it?

    Auto-refreshing ads
Publishers are not permitted to refresh a page or an element of a page without the user requesting a refresh. This includes placing ads on pages or in placements that auto-redirect or auto-refresh.

    Thank You :)

I opened a sample document and the ads were static on the right. I personally don't see a problem. Maybe I am looking at a different page? https://www.scribd.com/doc/225351072/Google-class-action-AdSense-payout-complaint

Scribd are most likely a premium publisher in which case they negotiate their own terms and conditions with Google.
