Why yahooers are so dumb, who can explain me? Maybe there are the google's men in there, in yahoo's team? Yahoo makes every single thing SO bad!!
For example this totally unusable interface of their PPC-center kills me and steals my time every single day : ((

It depends... is it 'acting competitive? A lot of times an entity can be highly effective and an asset to the market mechanism while holding almost total control. One can't assume that an entity acting with monopoly status is necessarily has a negative impact on competition. This idea of monopoly merely pushes other entities to engage in more tactical means, and hence brings an even more effective and highly competitive business structure in the long-run. Therefore, bringing down prices, lowering costs, and directly effecting a positive impact on global markets. 0_o

This is a great thing, but I believe it wouldve been best for Microsoft to buy Yahoo rather than Yahoo teaming up with Google. Google is already too good, and the same goes for Yahoo, but together its just too much.

Sure why not, try to find the tactics to beat google. I don't like this advertising monopoly - adsense gets me less revenue each day. Now where do you go if you want an alternative?

its not good for normal users since google had different set of algo for rank and yahoo had different factors. so as a result seo is become difficult and unpredictable

It's good that someone can actually keep google on its toes. That will get the users top quality services.
