When I eat breakfast it usually consists of a coffe and a Bagel... but it has to come from Tim Hortons.
I typically eat a can of chili and a can of corn. Then i go to work and drink a protein drink at 10. I eat a fat turkey and swiss sandwich at 1130. For lunch I go out to a great chinese place and get their jumbo combo meal. At 4pm I eat another huge turkey and swiss sandwich. At 6, I eat a protein bar. At 8, I have a giant bowl of pasta. At 9 I have another protein drink. At 10 I have a can of tuna before bed. And you know what is strangest of all? I have 5% bodyfat.
Heheh nice joelviztech, I used to do that for a few years in college and decided that i'd rather have a little extra fat than worry about trying to eat all the time. I couldn't live with trying to figure out what to eat every hour that contains adequate protein. Good luck to you!

I`m not having breakfast. when in school i wake up at 7:30 am and leave at 7:50 am so i have no time for breakfeast. When i have no school i wake up at 12:30 - 14:00 pm so I miss the breakfast and even the lunch
