Branding removal not working

    Hi, I purchased the branding removal license for Digital Point Spy. I tried to put my domain in as instructed and it simply said that it failed to verify the domain but no further instructions on what to do were provided. How do I go about doing this?

    The forums are located at http://forum.gaymers.com.au

    I entered both forum.gaymers.com.au as well as simply gaymers.com.au and neither worked.

    Did you tab out if the field after you put the domain and wait a second (not submit form)?

    Okay, so I've got the domain verified but there's still branding in the footer. How long does this take to disappear?

    If it's a XenForo addon, it checks when templates are rebuilt. The easiest thing to do is disable addon, and then reenable it since that will trigger the template rebuild.
