My plan is to 1. create a number of minisites targeted to specific regions (E.g www.firstminisite.co.nz, www.secondminisite.ie, etc) 2. ues the same branding as my main cash site (logo, my real name etc) 3. get those sites to rank for specific search phrases in their respective countries 4. Direct all the traffic to a page on my main cash site. I'm just a little unsure about how ethical this is. If my competitors go running to google could I get penalized? Anyone with an experience on this?? any advice greatly appreciated
No experience with this although it would only be a good think. Most sites/search engines automatically pick up which country you are in so having that countries extension could help rankings although if they are to be literally the same you may get penalised for duplicate content maybe?
Thanks Toycel. I could use something concrete on this however as my competitors won't hesitate to complain about me to google if this isn't legit. Anyone any experience with this??
