    The domain has been registered just a few days ago(October 04, 2013), and according to my best knowledge Google PR has not been updated for last 7 months.
    So it's a fake listing.
    DPers Beware of this , and stay safe.

    Its a dropped domain. It had a PR when dropped and is most likely to retain it till the next update I am sure most of the buyers out here are aware of what it means. Rest it upto the buyer to decide.

    no necessarily, but this one does not have any links as you can see from the DP stats.

    dropped domains are useful in their own ways, just check the domain threads out here, lots of dropped domains gets sold every day and most of the buyers know what they are buying.

    apart from it a domain with a nice name for $ 5 is not a bad buy either !
