You could email your opt in list and offer the branded ebook as a freeby. You could advertise it for free on craigslist, or vivastreet.co.uk, or bestwayclassifieds.com. You could put fliers up with your squeeze page url on them (long shot) and collect email addresses before they get to the ebook download page. The world is your lobster.
