Sorry you do not have the ability to read when a domain expiration and when it was regged... common sense if you see it was regged 1 week ago.. hmm obviously it cannot be transfered so thats partly your problem. I also your not making me look like an a55 as you put it, you are making yourslef look like one because you are handing this like this.

I sent the refund but because of all your negative and unnecessary comments, I will NOT contact you once it can be transfered.

Zalaki - Thanks for the refund - It was exactly what I was owed.

For future buyers' information the sale did not complete and had to be
refunded for the following reasons (and these reasons are now appearing
here Luis because you are small-minded enough to have made the preceding
post & for no other reason):

1. Zalaki 'forgot' to unlock the domain

2. Zalaki 'forgot' to turn off privacy settings

3. Zalaki 'forgot' to inform me that he'd just transferred the domain into his
registrar account a week earlier, and as such according to ICAAN rules the
domain cannot be transferred for 60 days after landing there.

In light of the above I trust that all viewing this thread (and if you want me to publicise this
issue and your general lack of humility elsewhere I will - just go ahead and make another

Yes and I did mess up, I forgot to find out waiting 60 days.. big whoop dee doo..

1. I did not forget to unlock it , I did once I woke up and even showed I would take a picture
2. I did not forget to turn off whois privacy settings, name.com sent me a email telling me to do so.
3. I did not transfer the domain, I registered it

Thought I did mess up remembering that the 60 days was needed.. so I do take that at fault and that is my problem, so sorry about that. I sent you the refund since you were unable to transfer the domain out since I just registered it. Sorry again.
