I'm Lee Davis, and, yes, I'm a n00b. However, there's no shame in my game. Even with my years of experience in computing and internet usage (the old man brought home my first box - Commodore 64 - during the Summer Of Sam), I always have to go back to step one when joining a new online community. I want to thank one of my online mentors (and fellow member - GaborOlah) for pointing me in the direction of Digital Point since I had no idea it even existed (see? You CAN learn something new everyday). I hope to be able to share with and bring added value to the community, since I understand the frustration that comes from being blocked by (seemingly) insurmountable obstacles. As a hardcore info-search junkie and infoproduct creator and vendor, you can damn well be sure that if I see ANY member floundering on a topic that I've searched, lived through, or triumphed over, I'm wading in to throw them a lifeline. I don't claim to be an all-encompassing conduit of wisdom, but I respectfully request the chance to be able to share my range of knowledge and experience to enhance your digital existence. I'm open and accessible, and will reach out and PM you if I haven't seen that you've been able to resolve your problem. Just like I invite any member to PM me in the case that they thought I could help provide them with a solution. If I don't answer back right away, it means that I'm away from the computer, or I have a deadline to make to feed the family (we have a "Gotta Eat Everyday" fetish), or I'm locked in a soundproof booth overdubbing tracks/tweaking knobs. I'm looking forward to a long run here @ Digital Point and getting to know some (or many) of you a little more. I'll end my introduction by inviting anyone within eyeshot of this post to reach out to me and add me to their buddies list or PM me for more background on me and what I do. Glad to be brand n00b here (not for long, though :D).
