Hey, I just restarted Litespeed on the server HostLatch is hosted on and now it is back up.. for some reason the Litespeed service failed, I don't know why. Anyways I have just setup an alert to text message my iPhone whenever any services are down, which includes all hosting servers and VPS nodes. So if it is down at 4 AM in the morning, I will wake up and fix it immediately, but overall we guarantee 99.9% uptime. No services/customers were interrupted by this!
