    Here's some info on enom and their transfer rules:

    They have only one rule: 7 days after registration you can't change the account or the registrar. If you need to move to another registrar it takes 2-6 days maximum.

    BTW: namecheap is a reseller of enom and it's also very fast and good (but a little more expensive, which is normal).
