How easy is it to add content? i.e. is there any CMS?
Is there a header/footer include file for easy changing?

1)There are:
5 pages of unique text content +
1 page with maps +
1 page with the gallery +
18 pages with one large photo each +
2 pages of affiliate content/links

In total 27 pages.

2) There is no cms. It is very easy to add new pages.

3) Yes, there are several files the layout is split in for easier editing.

4) There is a 3 lines configuration file. Just put your IDs in there and you're done!

How many of these types of sites have you sold before and what is there typical revenue?

 

I have sold quite a few websites, but rarely two similar in design (mostly in packages) and never with the same content.

If you're asking about the typical travel website, from what I know the cpc generally starts from $0.15 - $0.20. The total revenue depends on how much traffic you manage to drive to your site. This one is brand new so it has no traffic/income.

 

can i transfer from enom to namcheap? or have to wait for at least 6 months?
can i use my reseller account in enom to acquire this domain?

Ps: hope u dont buy domain from godaddy for future travel development for sale. *I prefer non-godaddy* as their service is suck and i have lost more than 10 very good sites due to phishing and their service is just suck. No response.

 

This domain belongs to a friend and I'll have to do some research in order to reply to your questions. All I know is that this is a brand new domain and will be eligible for transfer to another enom account starting tomorrow. I don't know about registrar transfer, I'll have to come back to you.

As for godaddy, I never had any problems, I even moved domains from other registrars to my godaddy account, that's how much I like it

So there's no guarantee for future websites that I'm not going to use godaddy. But let's sell this one first, then talk about future, shall we?

godaddy is good when you have no problem. But once problem arise, don't expect any response from their email. It just sucks.

by the way, i vouch for namecheap as their domain name are cheaper (if you have a voucer*) dns is faster too.
