Same with me, I didn't do anything shady within 9 days I was at $115.39, I logged in the day 10 and was banned. Make too much money too fast and say by by to google.

This is against the AdSense TOS - "no artificial traffic" Purchased traffic is considered "artificial traffic". That's when you get the "Dear John" letter. If you shut it off immediately, you might have a chance to save your account, if you also send a "mea culpa" email to AdSense support. Tell them you didn't know, and will never do it again. Otherwise, I would expect the worst - no payment, and no account. Also, you gave your stats, which is also a bannable offense, when they want to be picky - "communication exclusively between you and Google". The rules state that the only stat you can give is total earnings - either per day, per month, per year, or all time. Many webmasters break that rule, even here, but they do so at their peril. Personally, I don't want to EVER give Google a reason to ban me, for ANY reason whatsoever. . .
Yeah, traffic is what it is all about. But it has to be the right kind. So he got 6,175 impressions so far out of his 1,000,000. So, if 6,175 hits (impressions) equals $130.46, then 1 million hits equals $21,127 !?! (would have, anyway) For 1 week, he gets 6,000 impressions, so they come in at roughly 1,000 per day. Since 1000 x 1000 = 1 million, it will take about 3 years to get all the 1,000,000. Unless things speed up, that is a long time!
Buying traffic is very bad and if/when google finds out you will indeed get google slapped. Hopefully you wont and I hope that your site continues to earn, although I do recommend that you don't buy traffic.
