    Hello,

    If you are interested in buying a new site(not even launched) that can make lot of revenue, this is perfect oppurtunity.

    The site is ready to be lauched but I do not have much time to manage it, so I am selling it. It is based on a unique idea and there is no other site around. With some work, it can easily get lot of traffic!

    Domain is registered for 2 years with NameCheap. There's lot of custom coding done and there are 3 articles on homepage(unique).

    P.S.:Site is based on Joomla. If you need support(putting ads at specific places like below/to the right of listings) I will be available for 1 week for no extra charge.
