re-agreed, so much hype.... for.... that? Good luck with paydotcom. PS - selling 90K emails, I would not advise anyone to mass mail someone elses aggregated non-optin list, can you say blacklist? Spam traps? Not sure what newbie would see value in that, you're playing with fire.
paydotcom was free, go daddy was free, pdf creation was free and you are forgetting that the ebook is reasonably priced at $9.00. Even the banners are classic throwbacks designed for a change of pace from the usual. The emails are double opted-in already plus the emails are only a bonus in this ebook. The ebook has good info even for the experience to brush up on, besides they would want to sell this ebook. The pitch page isn't a flashy "find out why xxxx amounts of people are making....." all over the pitch page or any kind of overly used, over saturated type of pitch page. A little frill....what you get, what you can do with the product, straight forward. Your looking for volume sales with this. The price the ebook is good, I can pull the emails off the ebook and still sell alot of these. Either way you can see the selling angles. won't be blacklisted get your affiliate link here
The only thing I'm (resonably) sure of is that there is confusion, there might also be spamming going on, but I'm far less certain of that. ps. There's also a lot of "!!!!" going on
I don't know what this product is, but after reading some I don't want to know or care to know. A waste of my time..
To be clear this product is an ebook about email marketing. Email Now. Do not worry about the thread so much if its too much for you. The product is a very attractive product for its subject matter. It also comes with up to 90,000 or more emails and 7 ebooks with resell rights. Not bad for $9 and the consumers will agree too. For an affiliate link go here
i cannot beleive you are still pushing for affiliates. Did you read anything that i typed up there? I didnt just say that for the sake of it.. I said it because you need to work on your product. Im not trying to bring you or your product down, I am trying to help you so that next time you will have a better idea of what it takes to make a quality CB product. thats my advice, take it or leave it
Anybody else wants to sell an ebook that sells itself? Anybody else wants to actually read the ebook before commenting on it?
Thanks anyway, but this is a tad too blackhat and grey for my liking. Quick Question: Did the 90,000 "or more" email address holders give you permission to sell their email addresses? I would be pretty annoyed if some idiot were to sell my email address as part of a bonus to $9 ebook. I hope for your sake that you do have permission from them all otherwise you could find yourself in a lot of hot water. Good luck with the promotions. PS: Nobody in their right mind would promote this product seeing that the first thing that the visitors see on page load is a huge adsense banner. Thats a referral that leads to your (or godaddy's) profit and the loss to the person that initiated the referral.
wigob..we PMed a few times already. No, i am not signed up at pay.com I will gladly review a good ebook, so if you're convinced about this just send it to me and you will get a honest review.
The emails are double opted-in or confirmed subscription, they are legal to use each person's agreed to receive solicitated emails. PM is coming shortly GeorgR.,
to say something good, the ebook is not that bad, despites what some people think. It's a little "flashy" for my taste, too much colors and banners. But it gives a rough introduction and might be helpful for someone wanting to start with a email-list, it gives tips how to write good sales-letters etc. There is indeed a 90.000+ list of emails included in the book, in this case we can only take the autor's word that those are double-opt-in. Otherwise it's fuzzy to say where those emails are from, except that he says "people interested in technolgy" From a certain point of view this might be indeed interesting since you get 90.000 emails cheap and hints how to easily start to mail to a bunch of people using gmail etc...so basically it's email-marketing if you're on a really, really low budget and you could indeed start emailing lots of people if you follow the ebooks advice. However i cant say anything about legitimacy of the whole thing and would like to know more about the origin of this list. Otherwise nothing wrong with getting 90.000 opt-in emails for a ridiculous low price.
Thanks for the review GeorgR. Here is an update to the ebook: "Here it is! Up to 90,000 or more emails that are already double opted-in or confirmed subscription. Some of the emails may have been deleted or frozen since the publication of this eBook but even if you get up to half of the emails to work it is well worth it. You should re-confirm each address by sending a confirmation email with a link for confirmation. Make sure that it is your first email sent to each address and wait for a reply before sending any more emails to them. We also need to write the legal stuff below, take a look. Disclaimer: Email Now, its writers, creators and affiliates do not take, claim or assume any responsiblity for any abuse, legal issues that are derived from its e-books, web pages, or affilaite links."
These links were also added to the ebook as well: http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/conline/pubs/buspubs/canspam.shtm http://www.out-law.com/page-3524 http://www.atg.wa.gov/InternetSafety/Spam/WashingtonLaw.aspx
Think the links are too much? They just talk about the laws and what is needed to keep things legal. Sending promotional emails and emails with advertisements are still legal you just neet to include the things you need to add on each email and watch how many emails you send per day and month in certain places.
How many people are posting from your id? In some of your past comments, your english is pretty decent. Your blog is written in perfect english. I'm betting that those articles are not yours and you have given no credit to the author. By the way...you should take your own advice from your Moneyspot blog regarding forum postings: "Try not to change the topic of your discussion but when you find the right time during the conversations to comment about your money making item you should make that comment. Make sure the comment is well written, understandable and doesn't give away too much of what it is so that the visitor will be compelled to look into it further."
The purpose of the initial posts was to get some spirit going. Obivously what I wrote on my blog is a good starting foundation for forum posting. I took some creative writing initiative with this thread with understanding and a good foundation of forum writing. I feel that I am at a point where I can take creative writing initiatives in my posts mainly because I have a good foundation with forum posting. I suggest that everyone should have a good foundation when writing forum posts and that everyone is allowed to be creative when you want to be.
