There is a brand new pay per install company that has just formed and is looking to recruit new webmasters.
They pay from $0.50 per US all the way down to $.05 for other countries.

They pay twice a month via Bank transfer, Webmoney, Epassporte: MIN $10

Statistics updated every 15 minutes, and so far they are working great!

Their .exe is updated twice a day and is far more UD than many other companies.

And YES they do accept Torrent Traffic

For anyone who signs up under me I will give them 25% of my commission I earn from them and show them exactly how to maximize their profits.
Site is in English and Russian.

They don't accept torrent traffic any more, since yestarday actually. But the ratio is rocking on ppc, CJ and SE niche mix traffic. Just my 5 cents:p and my first post:) I was reader only but suppose to be on DP now more friecuently. Was tracking threads about partner programs I'm working with to aware:)

Why don't you just go over to Commission Junction and sign up for Yahoo's affiliate program? They will pay you $1 every time someone installs the Yahoo Toolbar (US). At least you're not pushing spyware (other than Yahoo's...lol) AND you're making more money.
