Brand New Niche Site *UNIQUE*

Hi all!

I've got a one page site for sale which has got HUGE potential.

The site is http://skinsparty.com and the niche is brand new.

It's a single page site with adsense on it, and was born from a popular news story which happend at Easter, which can be seen here.

The term "skins party" has been a relatively unkown word until this news event and now because of the coverage, it should be getting a lot more searches and interest.

This means the niche is more or less "brand new" with little competition. This site is the first of its kind and is a base for expansion. Since its aimed at teenagers, you could even add a forum, blog, social network or anything else to spin some profit.

Presume traffic and revenue as nill for now.

Because it's such a new thing, I have even had to write its own Wikipedia article which can be seen at: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Skins_party (wow I just noticed somone's added loads to the article showing how much interest is growing in the niche). The site has a wikipedia link from this article.
