    Not with this version there is no add lyrics button. Webmasters can add them though pretty easily using phpMyAdmin.

    Problem with adding lyrics (from the user) is the amount of spam you'll get.

    It needs a PHP backend to add lyrics to the database etc. I would regard anything that requires me to interact directly with the database frequently as incomplete and an unfinished piece of software. I know, I've developed stuff to that is in the same state. And I would never dream of trying to sell it to people. :)
