Selling Brand New Hosting Site With GREAT Traffic!

    Hi Everyone,

    I would like to sell this custom made hosting site. I really just do not have the time for it, and would like to make back as much of the $400 I spend as I can. BIN is set to just $300, and I will consider any offer $225 and above.

    Although this site is brand new and has no real content, it is already getting really good traffic! Google Analytics proof here: http://img855.imageshack.us/i/screenshot20110302at115.png/

    As you can see, the site has gotten about 224 visitors in less than a month...in its first month! Traffic like this will lead to sales (people dont visit hosting sites unless they are interested in buying...) in no time!

    In no way shape or form is 224 visitors a month good traffic. Pm me more info about site, seo work done mainly.

    224 visitors in less than a month is pretty good traffic for a website that has no real content (just filler text)...

    No specific SEO work has been done yet, as the website content is not really functional yet (not hooked up with any billing software, as it is not a real company yet...).

    Basically, if you are interested in starting a hosting company, a site like this would be a great start! You can easily set up the Buy buttons to work with your billing software, and then all you need is to fill in the real packages you want to offer and some content!

    not for $300. I can buy a domain name, hosting reseller package and get 500 organic search/social media visitors a day in 2 weeks for $50 max. So idk where you're getting $300 you're gonna have to lower the price.

    I doubt very highly that you can get a custom design, fully coded into xhtml and WP theme, and have a domain that is getting this kind of traffic with absolutely no advertising or social media having been done for $50... And like I said, Ill consider any offer $225 and above

    What custom design? This site isn't custom designed...I can use thesis, headway or any free wordpress theme and recreate your site's theme in 10 minutes time tops. 224 visitors in a month equates to 7-8 visitors a day. Do I really need to go any further? I can post the link on DP services page in the next 5 minutes and get 20 visitors a day for the next year and never spend a dime. Furthermore, doing so would get at least 1 customer and this site with 7-8 visitors a day or 224 visitors in a month has no customers and your asking at least $225. Try again.

    Only a noob would be fooled buy into what you're saying. That may explain why noone has made any legitimate offers for the site. I was going to make an offer for the site but for the price you're asking I can find a host for sale with customers and real traffic.
