I’m selling a content site I’ve created over at www.eczemainformation.net - this is a site of fresh, quality content hand-written by me. It consists of 16 articles on the ever-popular eczema niche. This is an extremely well searched-for niche with tons of potential for monetisation.

This site will be perfect for ad sense, there are also plenty of eczema-related affiliate products available (I counted over 10 at ClickBank alone). Bottom line: if you get this site ranked, you’ll make money.

This is a completely new site, so there is no traffic or income. However, you do get the domain name, a bunch of terrific content and the design (although it‘s based around a very simple template that you may want to update).

This is an auction, but the first person to meet the BIN gets the site and the domain. The domain is registered at namecheap.com - you will need a free namecheap account (if you don’t already have one) for me to transfer the domain to you (which is free for all namecheap account holders). I won’t transfer to other registrars.
