i've just join mellow master resellers 2 days ago, and when i chat with your support they said no dedicated IP currently available, and i'm just wondering is there anyway i can get it in the coming months? Or maybe buy it as add-on or something?

- Yes

For number 4...
- I do think they give it for first come customers only but this offer is like 2 months old so maybe you won't get a free one. Their IPs cost $24/annually, there's no monthly payment. I hope this helps.

Can you please confirm that you do not send any notice to webmaster when you suspend their service? The following is the email I got from tech support:
According to our resource abuse policy, we suspend accounts immediately and the client has to contact us after looking at the suspension reason on the list suspended account under WHM. Notices are sent when the account is either the main WHM account or it is a DMCA notification.

 

Correct! Specifically this is due to the number of domains we host, number of abuse reports we receive from our abuse department and number of time needed to take care of action is too much comparing with the service performance. All the suspension reasons are listed under WHM >> List suspended accounts. We are trying to employ a dedicated abuse availability for the resellers purchasing additional abuse department services later on to keep the track of all master reseller/reseller accounts. Sorry for the inconvenience.
