    I do really believe that when 31% of the total words in a description is India (or any other word) it would be called keyword stuffing spam and therefore imply no editorial integrity. Smells like a link farm to me.

    That is true but the template is good all the same. Is it custom made?

    I doubt it being a custom design unless they tweaked a default LD template as the css header documents it as a free LD template for V2. The script is the free LD version 2.

    In the last few months this person has announced something over 20 directories, all on cheap Go Daddy .info names and as I recall nearly all with the same template. As near as I can tell right now nearly all of them have become GD parking pages.

    Looks like another link farmer planting cheap seeds in gumbo with no fertilizer and poor cultivation.
