Selling Brand new forum , no posts , unique design unpopulated niche

I had great plans for this last month but not i havent got the time for it. If you dont know what a VW camper van is then there is no point in looking at this

there are only 2 or 3 "dedicated" camper van forums around and this is a niche that has a super huge following.

Bidding starts at $150 , i know its an empty forum and i dont need people telling me that , the site comes with 3 domains :

vwcamperforum.com
vwcampertalk.com

A little promotion and some advertising and this could be huge.

My idea was to get this going via flyers in some of the VW festivals through out the year and exchanging links with some of the commercial sites related to VW Campers , this is a very forgiving niche where commercial sites dont mind linking to sites like this because they are all fans of the great VW Camper.

vbulletin licence is expired so it can not be transferred however if requested i can keep it on that domain.

So basically somebody is paying $150 for a brand new forum? What makes it worth $150? Because of the "unpopular" niche? I'm pretty sure somebody would be better off making their own brand new forum and investing $150 into it.

 

Going by the fact its already had a bid i would assume that you really havent thought about it . 3 domain names , keyword domain at that . Value of the reg fee alone is $30 , $60 to get the design coded , plus the value of the design its self which i wouldnt know how to value , cartoon camper van at the top is unique to this site and was created by a graphic designer on Deviant art.

Plus i would like to make a little money on which $150 would not make me hardly anything after paypal fees etc.

Whether you value it or not is up to you however thats how i would value it. Understandable this is a new site and the sale is aiming at someone that wants to market and make a forum , not someone that is just looking to buy it and sit back and let it run.
