2. The menu was designed to flow and follow the visitor as they scroll
down the content to increase impression & access for all products, as the content/sales copy
about each product is detailed and this makes nav. easy.
3. Changing the start page to non flash and the menu is simple to do.

Can you give a starting price atleast? Interested in this but dont want to quote a very low price and at the same time dont want to end up bidding a very high price either. btw, why you selling this?
