Well it seems they are having server issues so their ads aren't showing up. They also have a limited amount of advertisers as when the ads were showing none show in the 468x60 cats, only one showed for 300x250, 1 for 160x600, 768x90 has the most and surprising the best ads.

If you make an adult site I would got for 2 768's top and bottom of the page.

The also offer pop unders and interstitials though I haven't tried them.
