Hi everyone, I'm a student doing a master thesis about text mining technics applied to brand management. In the scope of this study I try to find alternative KPIs (key performance indicators) for brand management by mining into customers reviews, tweets, company annual report, etc. One of the first step is to identify the actual main KPIs used in brand management. So if there are any marketing/brand management professionals around, who could tell me what KPIs or metric they are using it would be very helpful. I have attached to this message a table about the activities of brand management and would have to relate all of these activities to the corresponding KPIs used in practice. I don't know if its the best place to ask this kind of question so if you have any other proposition that could help me to gather feedback from professionals it would be very helpful as well.
