    I'm not selling the script! The script can be downloaded for free from your website, so i don't think that someone will bought it from me.
    What i'm selling is my web design and customization services. Is it illegal to create and sell custom templates?!

    IT is legal to create and sell custom templates, but not free scripts with no license. If you are wanting to create/design and sell websites, you must purchase a license of GS, and sell that version, and then you can transfer the license to the new user.

    seems silly to me. He's selling the domain, traffic and layout. The new owner can use their own free copy. How is that any different?

    So as per the license, what he is actually doing is selling everything but the software and then giving his new friend a copy of the softwarel
