Bill is one of the good guys around here who could possibly help you become very successful, good people are hard to find on the net.. its not a good idea to go around making enemies of people that have been there and done that.. and still do very well after loosing $60k per month Pete

I only commented because anyone making about 66K in Adsense shoud not live in fear if they are not doing anything against the terms of Google. Definetely my intention is not to make enemies whether they help me or not. It did not sound right to me whatever I read. Sorry if my comments had hurt anyone, especially Bill.
I guess half the people on the post can retire soon. The other half make a few bucks like most people do. You get what you put in to it. The more you work on your sites the more you should make.
How on Earth does someone possibly make that much money with AdSense? You can't put AdSense on porn sites, right? I'm puzzled...
I bet whoever "made 66k in a month" has never made more than $100 a month. They arent going to ban you for making too much because there are many people that make more money than you. If you were against the google terms and making that much you would have been banned a lot sooner. Lying doesnt make you cool. My best day was $180.

...and how much do you spend on advertising? ...and if you're going to make up numbers, at least do the math so you can't be caught on technicalities In your best month on adsense you have $25,600. That AVERAGES to over $825 a day which is better than your "best" day

It's really just like any other JOB, when all of your money is coming from one place, you pretty much have to do what they say. I pushed the limits, and I pushed them hard. I thought I stayed well within their TOS, but I was putting up 1000s of top level domains (.com's, .net's and .org's none of that cheap stuff) and using absolute junk content. I put in a generic amazon affiliate link so that it technically wasn't "made for adsense". The reason it was the best thing that ever happened to me is that it made me realize how much traffic I had been wasting. 10M pageviews and 2M clickthroughs. Just think if I had even 10% of the clickthroughs sign up for my list. That would be a list of 200,000. Adsense is good if you don't know what your site is about (major league SE spammers don't care what its about). If you know what your site is about, find some affiliate products and pimp the he** out of them on your site. If your site isn't there to make $$, you are still in the hobby phase. There's big $$ in internet advertising. Google is just a middle man right now, and it's guys like me that make their content network the cash cow that it is for them. Problem is that it converts terribly for most advertisers, but they aren't tracking it anyway so why should Google care? I have been playing around for the last couple of months since they booted me, and have found ways to get much higher CTR's than the 20% I was getting with adsense. I have also learned how to cut out Google share. Just go straght to the merchant, and use some slick ways to presell, and get outrageous click-throughs. I am starting to do more WH stuff with my BH methods, although I have now refined my tool to be able to do hundreds of milliions of pages per hour. Using some WH methods to get them indexed, and focusing on areas that convert well. Anyone that wants to get a better idea of what I am doing (without the page generator) can go the the forums at WA and pay special attention to the posts that Travis is engaged in. He is the Bum Marketing guy for anyone that may have heard of Bum Marketing, and he is really acitve in that forum. how long did it take you guys who make over 300 a month to start seeing the traffic to bring in that kind of money? like did it take like 4months after you pushed your site live with constant updating?
In the good ole days, we could slap up a site and see traffic within a week. You can still do that, but it takes a bit of article marketing to get them to your site. Another thing is that you need to target the right words. If you aren't going for the long tailed keywords, you may not ever see any traffic. Bill
well right now my blog has been up for about 11 days and today i got 230 hits or so. So i think thats pretty successful but i think i could do better. I hear alot about picking keywords or how to use keywords better. could you mabe offer some advice on how i go about doing this? i want to be able to pull in SE traffic instead of basicly advertising threw forums and such.
