They are 2 great quarterbacks in my opinion but being a patriots fan, you can't go wrong with Brady. What he did to the broncos last week was a clinic.
Brady did put on a clinic. I would have to choose Brady any day of the week. He has more playoff wins and championships under his belt. I am a Raiders fan and I hate both the Patriots and the Broncos, but in this contest I would rather have Brady all day any day.
Gillette Stadium in Foxboro is about half an hour from me. I don't go to Patriots games (too pricey when you figure tickets, parking, food/drink, etc.,) but it is fun to watch Brady when he is on his game. I think that his passing is better than Manning's.
@jrbiz, are you a patriots fan? and you are half an hour away from the stadium? What is going on dude? I would love to go to a patriots game let alone one in foxborough. That would be a dream man.
Yes, I am about half an hour from the stadium. Been there may times, but not so much for the Patriots. Went to a New England Revolutions soccer match with my son's soccer team, most recently. They have a lot of other events that rent the place for a day or two. They brought in Monster Trucks last Spring and we went to that. Go there much more often because a Bass Pro Shops opened up in the same plaza. Oh, about two years ago, I won four tickets to the Patriots Museum which was outfitted with technology by Raytheon Corp. (virtual displays, etc.) and is attached to the stadium. My son and I went with his buddy and his dad: http://www.thehallatpatriotplace.com/ The owner, Bob Kraft, has really added a lot of businesses (stores, restaurants, etc.) and attractions to try to make the stadium a destination site. He tried to get approval to put in a casino, but the town voted it down.
Thats crazy man. I would love to visit that place especially for a game. Been a long time patriots fan. One day I'll take my family there even just to tour the area. That museum might be the stop to visit.
Yes, but he mostly has been in the shadow of his brother, the championships notwithstanding. Great problem to have, of course.
his championships haven't really solidified his production though. lol! not even in the talks with the qb greats right now.
Brady had all of those the past 2 to 3 years with no name defenses, no offensive weapons and still made it happen. Glad we are finally getting it together though.
I'm not the biggest football fan by any means but I would pick Manning over Brady. He's just been so consistent since he got into the league and he's actually been getting better with age.
Brady has gone to more super bowls and has one more. The greats find a way to win it all the most. Montana, Bradshaw, Brady....
I do have to add that had they started doing Super Bowls sooner, I am sure that Bart Starr and the Greenbay Packers would have racked up more than just two wins (they won the first two Super Bowls, ever.) They dominated like no other team, but then were just too old to continue winning.
