    I am interested in selling the domain and website for the right offer.

    Site gets most traffic from MSN for very good keywords.

    The sites income comes from adsense only.

    The forum is pretty light, but people do post and talk in there.

    I see this site having great potential if you have the time. I don't.

    Comes with Forum and Directory (Mod-Rewrite)
