One question, if the customer said that he used the service and enjoyed it WHY would DigitalPoint dig up a old post that maybe the customer posted out of anger and then re-posted his true experience with the company which was positive ?, DigitalPoint has always been a upstanding company, why lower yourselves now ?

Nothing was "dug up" from an old post. It was a simple question. You can see the original post by clicking the "Last edited by" link in the post in question.

No idea who you are, but considering you sent this PM that you have filed an ICANN dispute saying digitalpoint.com violates your copyright, it shall be an interesting legal battle I'm sure. BTW Digital Point is a registered trademark that we filed in 1999, I think you might have a hard time proving that "digitalpoint" is violating your trademark, but we'll see I guess... :)

Our request would be to you as a Moderator that you simply remove this thread altogether, the customer corrected his negative post and if you bother yourself to contact the customer we are sure that the customer would also want you to remove this negative thread based on the simple fact that we have never SCAMMED anyone, the customer jumped the gun posting his negative post because he had placed a hold on his funds but had promise us that he would remove the hold, based upon that promise and his word to remove the hold only we proceeded forward based on his word alone, two weeks later into the job we discovered that the hold had not been released and therefore had performed two weeks of work for the customer and still had not been paid, upon contacting the customer with this information the customer finally removed his hold and also changed his negative post with DigitalPoint, however we have told the customer that we will not proceed forward until ALL negative posts have been removed, would be totally contrary. We have a honest history of only supporting our customers and as we explained to the customer all we want are "WIN-WIN" situations, anything less than that is un-acceptable. We have instructed the customer that he needs to contact the Moderator of DigitalPoint in order to have this thread removed and that is something done best by him not us in that it is his post.

    Sincerely,
    Management

Still don't understand why you would intentionally "Re-Post" a negative post that the customer intentionally changed themselves, but it's your sandbox, you can use whatever type of sand of your choosing, appears a bit malicious to us, never viewed DigitalPoint in that light, but we guess there is a first time for everything !

Could not remember my password, my previous account with DigitalPoint was under username "TemplarMarketeer" not plural as it is now "TemplarMarketeers" with a "s", but everytime I used your "Forgot Password" feature I would never receive anything, therefore created the "TemplarMarketeers" account today, but you will find my previous account "TemplarMarketeer" to be well over a year old if not two years.
