    Why are you selling this site?
    I have no time to maintain it, promote it and add new rooms on daily basis.

    How is it monetized?
    I have place Adsense on it, but earnings are very low since website is not promoted.

    How much time does this site take to run?
    You need to add rooms on daily basis, 3 to 5 rooms per day, you will need like 1 - 2 hours per day.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    You need to be good at social media promoting and i m sure you can make a profit.
